What Is Core Surgical Training?

Interview Stations
Leadership and Management Station (20 minutes total)

3 minute leadership presentation

Portfolio Station (20 minutes total)

10 minutes for portfolio questions and discussion of achievements
Clinical Station (10 minutes total)
